Please note:
Section 50 (4) no. 2 of the German Income Tax Implementing Regulation (Einkommensteuer-Durchfhrungsverordnung - EStDV) stipulates that instead of a donation receipt, a cash deposit receipt or a booking receipt from a bank is sufficient if the donation does not exceed 200 and the recipient is a domestic legal entity under public law.
The booking receipt must show the name and account number or other identifying feature of the ordering party and the recipient, the amount, the booking date and the actual execution of the payment.
In the course of your donation to KiTZ, personal data will be collected and processed by us. By providing your personal data, you consent to their processing. This consent is voluntary. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The revocation should be sent to spenden(at)kitz-heidelberg.de or by telephone to +49 152 5962 1173.
