In addition to participating in clinical trials conducted by pharmaceutical companies and other hospitals (conducted in the Clinical Trial Unit), KiTZ also develops and leads its own experimental clinical phase I/II trials. The Trial Development Group uses current research findings to develop new innovative treatment concepts. The Study Management Group is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administration of translational studies.
